The attraction of Locke, California is that it's old and weird.  And pretty.

It's famous partly because it was an unusual rural Chinatown, back in the day.  Many of the original buildings are still standing . . .

. . . to some extent.  The whole town is amazing. (I apologize for those danged white lines.  I've tried to get rid of them, but they won't go.)
